Volunteers' Work

Enjoying the Biennial kiosk

The 2012 Biennial has worked with scores of volunteers to develop the programme and running of the event.

From taking visitors on guided tours to developing an exhibition in the Mansion, our volunteers have been trained up and have offered our audiences new ways to interact with the Biennial.

Since March, over thirty volunteers have contributed their time and gained valuable experience: they have received inductions from Biennial Project Manager Debbie Chan and Tatton Park's Team Leaders and have been instrumental in the delivery of the Biennial.

Working alongside various departments, the Biennial curators, Project Manager and artists, volunteers have been involved in rewarding work like research, web and copy design, writing press releases, operating artworks, photography and installation.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Biennial, contact Debbie Chan.
